2013 Ninth Annual Daylily Show and Sale

The Greater Atlanta and Cobb County Daylily Societies will host the Ninth Annual Daylily Show and Plant Sale on Saturday June 8th at the Cobb Galleria Center. More than 500 blooms of several hundred different cultivars will be on display for morning judging and afternoon viewing by the public. At the same time, bare root daylilies will be on sale at bargain prices, a great way to add these hardy plants to a garden. A design competition using daylilies is always a must-see, also. Experts from both clubs will be on hand to share what they know and love. The show and sale is free and open to the public from 12:30 to 4:00 PM.

The Daylily Society Of Greater Atlanta is incorporated in the State of Georgia as a nonprofit organization and its purpose is to promote, encourage, and foster the development and improvement of the knowledge of the daylily. The education of members of the Society as well as the public is accomplished by all suitable and appropriate means, such as lectures, tours, shows, and gatherings about growing, grooming, showing and improving the daylily. The purposes are exclusively educational, charitable, scientific, and literary within the meaning of Section 501 C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Any person, who without regard to their race, sex, national origin, creed, age and sexual preference, and has an interest in the objectives and purposes of the Society, is eligible for membership.
